All intellectual property rights related to the software developed by NUETROAK SOFTWARE remain the property of NUETROAK SOFTWARE until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients will obtain the rights to use the software as agreed upon.

NUETROAK SOFTWARE agrees to keep all client information confidential and will not disclose any proprietary information to third parties without the client’s consent, unless required by law.

  1. Limitation of Liability

NUETROAK SOFTWARE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ghana.

  1. Amendments

NUETROAK SOFTWARE reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
